We want that Bucaramanga becomes the host city of your next congress and/or convention, that’s why:
We plan the bid process
We develop the bid presentation and/or official document
We provide the graphic and audiovisual material needed to enrich your congress bid
We attend the final meeting to make the official presentation of Bucaramanga as the event host city
Once chosen as congress host city, we will:
Promote the destination during the previous version of the congress in our city
Promote congress in the Bureau and its allies’ communication channels
Provide with support before, during and after the congress
Connect with the public and private offices needed for the development of the event
We know host city selection process is not easy, that’s why:
We coordinate and support the site inspection so that the associations, corporate enterprises, government and sportive entities, universities and other professionals, to personally know about the possible places to host congresses as well as supplier’s information (Members of Bucaramanga Convention and Visitors Bureau).
